About Nua

 

Nua is an independent jewellery brand and all pieces are handmade in Cheshire by myself, Maeve. I specialise in solid sterling silver rings and transforming sea glass, that I find along the beaches of Ireland's west coast, into wearable art.

Every sea glass design, starts with a walk on the beach, looking in the sand, stones and shoreline for sea glass. Based in Kerry, I find most of my sea glass at my local beach in Kells Bay.

Production time

All pieces are handmade to order so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. This may be less for smaller items. 

You can expect each ring to have its own characteristics and individuality. No ring will be exactly the same and there may be slight adjustments (especially for sea glass rings where there are differences in colour, shape and size). 

 

Returns Policy

As all rings are handmade to order, it is not possible to return your ring unless faulty. If your item meets the returns policy, then items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging in the same condition.

For health and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned. 

Please note, for delivery outside of the UK, you may have to pay additional customs charges. 

Sizing

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the ring size provided on the order is correct. Rings follow UK sizing and are size inclusive, offering sizes J-T.

You can have your ring size measured for free at most jewellery shops if you pop in and ask. 

Materials

All rings are made using recycled Sterling Silver. Sea glass is classed as a waste product and is found by myself.
